How to Bypass Windows 10 Password Screen

Imagine a scenario that you forget passwords of your Windows 10 computer, or someone changed it. It’s absolutely a headache scenario where you are no longer able to access to your Windows 10 computer. There is an only alternative left is bypassing Windows 10 password.

You can choose to reinstall Windows and then reset the password.  But that method is not a good idea since reinstalling Windows will format all critical data in your main system drive.

However, you should not worry as you can password on your Windows 10 computer with the help of USB recovery disk. How to Bypass Windows 10 Password

Before getting started, you have to download and install iSunshare Windows Password Genius on your computer. There is also an Android version of this app.

Step 1 – Install iSunshare Windows Password Genius

First, you need to purchase the software or you can also choose a free trial version of iSunshare Windows Password Genius app.

Once you download the .exe file, you should install the software. After successful installation, open iSunshare Windows Password Genius.

Step 2 – Connect USB device and click Begin burning

On the application window, there will be two options to choose: USB Device and CD/DVD. Simply click on USB Device.

If you have already plugged a USB into your PC, the application will then automatically locate it. If not, just attach the USB device, it will automatically scan and detect the device.

Once the USB flash drive is detected by the application, start the burning process by clicking on the “Begin Burning” button.

Keep in mind that you will be asked if you want to continue as the app will format the USB drive. So, make sure it doesn’t have any important data.

The burning process will take a few minutes, and there will be an iso image exported to your USB stick. Once done, your USB device is now ready to boot the PC up and help you bypass password on your Windows 10 computer.

Step 3 – Reboot the PC with burned USB disk

Plug that USB drive to the Windows computer that you forget the password. Now reboot your device into BIOS mode by pressing F2 or F12 buttons multiple times.

From there, choose the USB device you just inserted, and your Windows will now start booting the iSunshare Windows Password Genius app, where you can reset Windows 10 password.

Step 4 – Select reset password to bypass password

There will now be two options for you to choose: reset Windows 10 password or leave it blank. If you select the password blank, the next time you boot up your computer, it will automatically bypass Windows 10 password and you will directly be taken to your desktop.

Once select your choice, simply reboot your computer. You are also prompted to unplug the USB drive and ask if you’d like to restart your PC. Make sure you do it before hitting “Yes“.
