10 USEFUL SHORTCUT KEYS IN WORD 2010

Though there are many shortcut keys for Microsoft window 2010 because i love it when I can simplify tasks I use a lot with a easy shortcut combinations but these are very useful shortcuts keys you might not know which really help and makes your work faster when working on word 2010.

  1. F12 – Save Document As
  2. Ctrl + Alt + C – Insert copyright symbol
  3. Ctrl + Enter – Insert page break
  4. Ctrl + Alt + F – Insert a footnote
  5. Ctrl + Home or Ctrl + End – Move to first page / last page
  6. F7 – Run Spell Checker
  7. Alt + F then R – Open Recent documents menu
  8. Alt + Shift + T – Insert time (insert TIME field)
  9. Alt + Shift + P – Insert page number (insert PAGE field)
  10. Alt + Shift + D – Insert current date (insert DATE field)

  1. There are even more useful shortcut keys available for MS Word. Such as Home key , it brings you to the start of line and vice versa the End key which will take you to the end of current line.

    Also you can use Ctrl+H to find and replace words.
